EMERGENCIES

If you are experiencing an emergency please do not use the internet or on-line forms, call us immediately at 857.991.0680 or call 911 if there is a fire or other life-threatening emergency. We are on-call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.


Emergencies are considered events that pose an immediate threat to persons or property and if not addressed immediately could lead to greater damage. Some examples of emergencies to call for include:

            

No Heat
No Hot Water
No Electricity
Power Failure
Burst Pipe / Flood
Plumbing Leaks
Roof LeaksGas Leaks
Fire / Fire Alarm
Burglary / Break-In’s
Security Alarm
Elevator Problem 

        
REGULAR OR GENERAL MAINTENANCE REQUESTS

Blu Ridge Management wants to hear from you if you have a maintenance issue. And we want to make it easy to do. You can either call our maintenance line at 857.991.0680 during regular business hours or leave a message in the maintenance voice mailbox after hours at the same number or submit the maintenance request through our on-line portal.


Not notifying management of a maintenance item leads to frustration on your part as well as management and could lead to bigger problems if left unattended to. Even what may seem as a small issue may be an indicator of a larger problem. Don’t assume that one of your roommates has already called because they might be thinking the same thing.


Please note that non-emergency repairs will usually just be put on the schedule and you should expect one of our maintenance technicians over the next few days unless it is something that needs to be addressed sooner. 


SUBMIT A MAINTENANCE REQUEST

Please, login to our on-line portal to submit a maintenance issue. If we need to contact you ahead of time we will do so; otherwise, we will send a maintenance technician to your unit within the next 2-3 business days. If your request is of a more urgent nature or you have a special request, please call our maintenance line at 857.991.0680.  Thank you!
